Jeff Hart

President

Jeff Hart is the proud Founder and President of EACI. He is an Indiana native, and holds a Bachelor' s Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. He has worked in the environmental field since 1985, and was the Sr. Vice President of a major Midwest asbestos abatement firm prior to the founding of EACI in 1991. Mr. Hart has completed 30-hour OSHA Training, 40-hour HAZWOPER Training, Hazard Communications Standards, Asbestos Project Supervision, Design, and Air Sampling. Additionally, Mr. Hart maintains an IICRC certification as a Mold Remediation Specialist. He has successfully completed training in Asbestos Abatement Legal Considerations and Planning, as well as sprinkler installation in asbestos-containing high-rise buildings.

Mr. Hart has held training and certification as a licensed Asbestos Project Designer, licensed Asbestos Inspector, licensed Lead Inspector and licensed Asbestos supervisor. He has also completed the CSX Asbestos Preferred Contractor Program on the behalf of EACI. Mr. Hart has developed groundbreaking relationships with many clients throughout The State of Indiana that has ultimately resulted in EACI’s holding of service term contracts with AES Indiana (Formerly Indianapolis Power & Light), Community Health Hospitals, Citizen’s Thermal Energy, Arconic/Alcoa, DuPont, and The State of Indiana (IDOA) since 1991. He supervises and personally is involved with contract negotiations, sales, cost controls, cash flow management, and corporate planning. His policies specifically call for all projects to be completed in a professional, safe, and timely manner.

Chris Hart

Chris is the Vice President of EACI and has been with EACI for 25 years. While attending Vincennes University, Chris worked his summers at EACI to learn the particulars of the environmental business. Chris has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects in a variety of environmental scopes of work. Chris is IICRC-certified in Mold Remediation Specialization and is a Licensed Building Inspector for asbestos and lead in the State of Indiana. Chris brings true leadership, experience, and a “can-do” attitude to each and every project that he is involved with.

Ludovit (Luke) Novomesky

Vice president industrial division

Mr. Novomesky's career in the environmental services field has spanned more than 27 years. During this time, he has been responsible for an industrial division of estimators and managers that priced, secured, and executed environmental projects as well as overseeing field operations. As Industrial Sales Manager, Mr. Novomesky duties include marketing, estimating, bidding, project management and cost/quality control. In this capacity, he has total responsibility for the project from start to finish and the team's overall performance. Mr. Novomesky was responsible for environmental abatement and decommissioning of production areas in entire plants for DuPont Martinsville* Kingston, North Carolina and Camden, South Carolina; Cytec Plant in Louisiana, Formosa Plastics in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Conoco Oxy Chemical Corporation, Deer Park, Texas; BASF, Virginia; West Lake Chemical Corporation, Calver City, Kentucky; Murf-it Corporation, Jacksonville, Florida; Lyondell Chemical Plant. Lake Charles, Louisiana; Dow Chemical, Houston Texas and Celanese Corporation, Texas to name a few.

Ron Yazel

Ron Yazel is a Senior Project Manager at EACI and has been involved in the general construction, construction management, asbestos abatement, and environmental field for over 30 years. Mr. Yazel earned a B.A. degree in Architectural Drawing at Ball State University, and is a lifelong Indiana resident. He holds a current Indiana Asbestos and Lead Inspector License. Mr. Yazel has a long and successful history in estimating and project management of industrial insulation, asbestos, and other related environmental issues. He has managed more than 5,000 abatement, renovation, and new construction projects throughout his career. Prior to joining EACI, Mr. Yazel was General Manager and Vice President of a major Midwest asbestos abatement firm. Mr. Yazel is dedicated to managing every project in a manner that preserves the safety of clients and their associated employees.

Mike Kirkman

Project Manager

Mike is a Project Manager for EACI with 30 years of environmental remediation experience. Mr. Kirkman spearheads new client development within the EACI group. Mr. Kirkman oversees various projects around the country for EACI. and has held decades-long emergency remediation service term contracts with many clients throughout the State of Indiana. Mr. Kirkman has exceptional communication skills with EACI’s clients. Mr. Kirkman is approachable, likable, caring, and has EACI customers foremost in his thoughts.

Dan Trotter

Dan is a Project Manager for EACI. Mr. Trotter has been in sales and customer service in various parts of Indiana for over 15 years. He currently holds licenses in Indiana and Ohio as a Project Supervisor and Asbestos Building Inspector. He has successfully completed millions of dollars in contracts with public, industrial, healthcare, and government facilities in his 20 years in the environmental contracting field. Mr. Trotter is very personable and brings excellent people skills to the projects that he manages for EACI.

Allan Garnett III

General Manager

Allan has had several working roles with EACI. From Superintendent to General Manager to Estimator/Project Manager, Mr. Garnett has excelled at everything he has been asked to do on behalf of the company and at all job levels. He oversees estimating, ongoing projects, and is responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of field crews. Mr. Garnett has been in the environmental contracting field for 33 years, and has been with EACI for 30 of those years. Mr. Garnett has been a productive, reliable, steady force, and EACI’s clients greatly appreciate his attention to detail.

Tracy Mushen

Tracy is the Office Manager / Project Coordinator for EACI. Ms. Mushen is an Indianapolis native and has been with EACI for 15 years. She has steadily moved up within the company with an ability to take on more responsibility. Her many roles for the company have made her a valuable asset to EACI today. Ms. Mushen has the unique ability to multitask at a very high level while paying great attention to detail.

Josh Hart

Project Manager

Josh is currently working as a Project Manager for EACI. Mr. Hart joined EACI in 2019 as a full-time Project Manager. Prior to becoming a Project Manager, Mr. Hart has accrued 5 years of warehouse management, field labor, supervisor oversight, and environmental regulatory experience with EACI. As EACI’s youngest Project Manager, Mr. Hart has proven to be an integral part of EACI’s information systems/software development, public relations, advertising/marketing, employee recruiting, estimating, project management, and the overall safety and successful workforce development at EACI. Mr. Hart has been involved in many of EACI’s most recent and largest bidding opportunities to date and he has developed relationships with brand new clients previously unestablished for 30+ years.

Dan Gehlbach

Project Manager

Dan is a Project Manager for EACI. Mr. Gehlbach has a 20-year field experience as a certified/licensed environmental consultant, overseeing numerous high profile private and public works projects across the State of Indiana. Mr. Gehlbach’s duties for EACI include securing job leads, estimating projects, budget creating, field coordinating, and managing projects for clients throughout the United States. Additionally, Mr. Gehlbach is heavily involved in new client development and his experience in providing superior customer service is a great skill to add to the EACI team.
